针对大型水轮机组运行时的振动对厂房结构安全性的影响问题,采用有限元分析软件建立了泵站厂房结构的有限元模型,对结构进行了共振校核,并采用谐响应分析法对泵站厂房在不同工况下的振动反应进行计算分析,获得了各工况下泵站厂房各部位各方向的振动反应情况。参照相关规范对结果进行分析,表明厂房结构在各工况下的振动响应基本满足正常使用要求,为泵站厂房的结构安全性和确保水泵机组的正常运行提供了依据。
Aiming at the problem of the vibration of the large-scale hydro-turbine unit on the structure safety of the plant, finite element analysis software was used to establish the finite element model of pumping station structure, and the resonance of the structure was checked. The vibration responses of the plant under different working conditions are calculated and analyzed, and the vibration responses of the various parts of the pumping station plant under various working conditions are obtained. The analysis of the results with reference to the relevant specifications shows that the vibration response of the plant structure under all operating conditions basically meets the normal requirements for use and provides the basis for the structural safety of the pumping station plant and ensuring the normal operation of the pump unit.
