目的探讨病案资料再利用时方便快捷的服务方法。方法对原有病案复印流程进行重组,并对重组后病案复印流程的构造、实施后患者等候办理复印的时间和窗口复印工作效率等几项指标进行效果评价。结果病案复印流程重组实施后,复印份数增加了约13%,复印页数增加约76%,在人员结构不变的情况下,简化了病案复印工作的操作步骤,由原来的5个环节减少至3个;缩短了高峰期患者的等候时间,由原来的1小时减少至15分钟,提高了工作效率。结论重组后的病案复印流程加快了病案信息的再利用,提升了病案管理水平和病案复印服务质量。
Objective To explore the convenient and efficient service method for the reuse of medical records. Methods The original medical record copying process was reorganized, and the effect was evaluated on the construction of the reconstructed medical record copying process, the time waiting for the photocopying and the working efficiency of the window copying after the implementation. Results After the medical record copying process was reorganized, the number of copies increased by about 13% and the number of copies increased by about 76%. With the change of staffing structure, the operation steps of medical record copying were simplified, reducing from 5 steps To 3; shortens the peak patient waiting time, reduced from the original 1 hour to 15 minutes, improve work efficiency. Conclusion The reconstructed case record copying process accelerates the reuse of the case record information and improves the record management level and the medical record copy service quality.
