大型铝合金薄壁环类零件在加工过程中会产生残余应力的累计,残应力的存在使零件处于一种不稳定的状态,会导致零件发生畸变等现象。本文从振动时效原理入手,通过零件的工艺分析,论证了振动时效方法对于降低和均化残余应力的可行性;并且按照国家标准设计振动时效方案,通过对比振动时效前后的应力和畸变,论证了振动时效对于控制畸变的有效性。
