病例:患儿男,7岁。因腹部包块八个月而入院。查体:一般状态良好,发育正常,营养中等。心肺无异常。腹平坦,无腹壁静脉怒张,左季肋部可触及9×7.cm 大小包块,质硬,活动度欠佳,压痛〈-〉。腹部“B”超:左上腹实质性肿物。钡透:消化道未见异常,腹部包块位于脾曲肠内侧。肾盂分泌造影正常。入院第7日行剖腹探查术,术中见肿物位于左侧腹膜后,呈椭圆形,约为10×6×6cm~3大小。肿物左外上方为脾脏,外后中下部为左肾脏,头侧为胃,足侧为横结肠脾曲,内侧为腹腔动脉。肿物光滑,界清,硬韧,有一定活动度。肿瘤完整切除。术后经过顺利,九天诉线,切口Ⅰ期愈合。 Case: The boy is 7 years old. The abdominal mass was admitted to the hospital for eight months. Physical examination: generally good condition, normal development, moderate nutrition. No abnormalities in heart and lungs. The abdomen is flat and there is no abdominal venous engorgement. The left quarter rib can reach a size of 9×7.cm. The mass is hard, the activity is not good, and the tenderness is 〈-〉. Abdominal “B” Ultra: a substantial mass in the left upper quadrant. Penetration: No abnormalities in the digestive tract, and abdominal masses are located on the inside of the spleen. The renal pelvis secretory angiography is normal. On the 7th day of admission, laparotomy was performed. During the operation, the tumor was located in the left peritoneum and was elliptical. It was approximately 10×6×6 cm~3 in size. The top left and left sides of the tumor were the spleen, the left and right lower parts were the left kidney, the head was the stomach, the foot was the transverse colon and spleen, and the medial side was the celiac artery. The tumor is smooth, clear, hard and tough, and has a certain degree of activity. Complete resection of the tumor. After a successful operation, the line of complaints for nine days, the incision healed.
