以电液施力系统为对象 ,讨论了数字控制在电液伺服系统中的应用 .将开闭环控制优化设计方法应用到该系统中 ,通过微机 ,A/D ,D/A板来实现对电液伺服系统的控制 ,同时对PID(比例积分微分 )算法也进行了一定的研究 .阐述了该系统的硬件、软件及实验 .对这两种算法的实验的结果进行了对比分析 ,它们均能实现电液伺服控制 ,但是从效果来看 ,开闭环算法的控制指标高于PID算法的指标 .最后对多余力的消除进行了研究 ,实验结果表明消除多余力的方法是成功的 ,行之有效的 .
