提取梨 (Pyrus)自交不亲和强度不同品种花柱可溶性蛋白质 ,应用等电聚焦电泳法在凝胶板上分离出S糖蛋白 ,用图像解析法进行定量。结果表明 ,花柱总S糖蛋白含量因品种而异 ,自交不亲和强、弱及自交亲和的品种每 1μg花柱可溶性蛋白中含总S糖蛋白分别为≥ 1.3ng、 0 .7~ 0 .9ng、≤ 0 .7ng。不同的S基因所表达的S糖蛋白量差异显著 ,即使是同一S基因所对应的S糖蛋白量也因品种而异。
The soluble soluble proteins of different varieties of pear (Pyrus) self-incompatibility were extracted, and S-glycoprotein was isolated on gel plate by isoelectric focusing electrophoresis and quantified by image analysis. The results showed that the total S glycoprotein content of the style varied with different varieties. The content of total S glycoproteins per 1μg style soluble protein in the self-incompatible strong, weak and self-compatible varieties were 1.3ng and 0.7 ~ 0 .9ng, ≤0.7ng. The amount of S-glycoprotein expressed by different S genes is significantly different, even though the amount of S-glycoprotein corresponding to the same S gene varies with the species.
