本文从前苏联新经济政策时期出现的新辞“耐普曼”的构成谈起 ,联系我国现实社会的政治经济生活 ,讨论应该怎样正确理解改革开放的路线和政策及其同社会主义最终目标的关系。文章指出要做好党中央提出的“讲学习、讲政治、讲正气”的要求 ,纠正对待改革开放中“左”的或右的倾向 This article talks about the composition of the new speech “Nippuman” during the period of the New Soviet Union’s economic policy and the political and economic life in our country’s real society. It also discusses how to correctly understand the line and policies of reform and opening up and its relationship with the ultimate goal of socialism . The article points out that we must do a good job in handling the “leftist” or rightward tendency
