为了研究简单可行的复合式氧微电极制作方法,并优化氧微电极的设计,通过统计学分析,确定了影响氧微电极性能的主要结构特征参数。拉制出来的氧微电极对测试样品中的溶解氧浓度的线性响应相关系数为0.998,氧气体积的最小分辨率为0.037%,残余电流为(33±2)pA,搅动影响4%,响应时间3.5 s。简单相关分析和典型相关分析表明氧透过性膜厚度与响应时间的相关性最为显著,而阴极工作电极直径以及工作阴极尖端与电极尖端的距离对电极性能的影响不大。
In order to study the simple and feasible method for fabricating composite oxygen microelectrode and optimize the design of oxygen microelectrode, the main structural characteristic parameters that affect the performance of oxygen microelectrode were determined by statistical analysis. The linear response of the oxygen microelectrode to the dissolved oxygen concentration in the test sample was 0.998, the minimum resolution of the oxygen volume was 0.037%, the residual current was (33 ± 2) pA, the stirring effect was 4%, and the response time 3.5 s. Simple correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis showed that the correlation between oxygen permeable film thickness and response time was the most significant, while the diameter of the working electrode and the distance between the working cathode tip and the electrode tip had little effect on the electrode performance.
