挖掘机司机室有多处不规则窗框孔,材料厚度约3mm。原工艺方案为;剪刀机下料-冲孔;剪刀机下料-气割窗框孔-打磨-样板校对;剪刀机下料-振动剪刀机冲剪窗框孔-打磨-样板校对等三种。普遍存在质量差、成本高、周期长、污染严重等缺点。为确保产品质量,我们试用空气等离子切割技术,取得很好的效果。基本原理是:在钨极(负极)和被割零件(正极)之间加一较高电压,经过高频振荡的激发,使压缩空气电离并通过具有特殊孔型喷嘴,形成稳定的等离子电
The excavator driver’s cab has a number of irregular window frame holes with a material thickness of about 3mm. The original process plan is: Scissor cutting - punching; Scissor cutting - gas cutting window frame holes - grinding - proofing model; Scissors machine cutting - vibration scissors machine punching shear window frame holes - grinding - proofing proofs three kinds. Poor quality, high cost, long cycle, and serious pollution are all common. To ensure product quality, we tried air plasma cutting technology and achieved good results. The basic principle is: a high voltage is applied between the tungsten electrode (negative electrode) and the part to be cut (positive electrode), and after high-frequency oscillation excitation, the compressed air is ionized and passes through a nozzle having a special hole to form a stable plasma electricity.
