(上海市粮食科学研究所研制上海新舜夏生物科技有限公司第一分公司生产)羟基硬脂精(Oxystearin)是一种油脂添加剂,一般添加在二级油(高级烹调油)以上的精制油中。我所拥有上海市特种食品卫生许可证:沪质监特食字(2008)第0027号。提供的是目前经济实用的抑晶剂(INS-387),联合国粮农组织(FAO)、世界卫生组织(WHO)规定,油中允许使用。国内外已普遍在精制油中使用抑晶剂。
