给出了一种计算链传动垂度的几何分析方法──悬链法。此法精确地用悬链线模拟链传动松边形状,推导出链传动垂度与链条总长、中心距和主、从动链轮分度圆半径之间的函数关系。这种算法能够精确地给出垂度数值,尤其适用于中心距不可调整和没有张紧装置的链传动。
A method of geometrical analysis of chain sag is given. This method accurately simulates the shape of the loose chain with the chain catenary, and deduces the function of the relationship between the chain drive sag and chain length, center distance and the radius of main and driven sprocket indexing circle. This algorithm gives accurate droop values and is especially suitable for chain drives with unadjusted centers and without tensioning devices.
