Former Tokyo University professor Yoshihiro Saburo was a well-known Japanese historian. As early as 1952, “New Japan History” written by him was published by the three provincial high schools as history textbook of high school. However, since the 1960s, Professor Jia Yong’s “New Japanese History” has repeatedly been subjected to “unqualified” sanctions when it was subjected to the review by the Ministry of Education. To this end, Professor Jia Yong has filed three lawsuits suing the Ministry of Education for breach of the “constitutional freedom” and “academic freedom” of the new constitution, requiring the Japanese government to cancel the textbook “validation system.” This is Japan’s domestic and foreign widespread concern “home forever textbook lawsuit.”
