以西门子的S7-300系列PLC为硬件配置核心,配以相应的传感器、变送器、电动执行机构与中间继电器作为整个系统的硬件设施;采用西门子的STEP7 V5.4编程软件为下位机组态核心,进行监控程序开发;MCGS软件为上位机组态核心,建立起反映监控系统静态结构和动态特征的模型,设计出一套功能完善、界面友好、性能可靠的制粉监控系统。
