测定97例头颈恶性肿瘤和208例头颈良性疾病患者血清LSA的结果显示:恶性肿瘤组血清LSA含量(128 μg/ml±39μg/ml)显著高于良性病组(97μg/ml±18μg/ml)和正常组(86μg/L±12/μg/ml)。LSA对头颈恶性肿瘤诊断敏感度为70.1%,特异度为84.6%,诊断效率为59.3%,有明显的临床应用价值;LSA敏感度与肿瘤恶性程度、临床分期呈正相关;LSA动态监测对恶性肿瘤鉴别、疗效观察、复发或转移监测、预后分析等具有明显价值。
The results of serum LSA in 97 cases of head and neck malignancy and 208 cases of benign head and neck disease were measured. The serum LSA level in the malignant tumor group (128 μg/ml±39 μg/ml) was significantly higher than that in the benign disease group (97 μg/ml±18 μg/ml). And normal group (86μg/L±12/μg/ml). The diagnostic sensitivity of LSA for head and neck malignancy was 70.1%, specificity was 84.6%, and the diagnostic efficiency was 59.3%. It had significant clinical application value. The sensitivity of LSA was positively correlated with the degree of malignancy of the tumor and clinical stage; the dynamic monitoring of LSA for malignant tumors. Identification, efficacy observation, recurrence or metastasis monitoring, prognostic analysis, etc. have significant value.
