无损检测是保证特种设备质量的重要手段。射线检测因其显示缺陷的直观和对小体积缺陷的检测的高灵敏度而被广泛采用。纵焊缝的射线检测相对简单,环焊缝的射线检测因射线源的位置不同而不同。本文探讨环焊缝偏心透照中射线源至工件距离的不同距离对射线检测工艺规程鳊制的影响,并分析大型锅壳式锅炉合缝透照中曝光量的确定方法和应用。实践证明,正确的曝光量的选择可提高射线检测的成功率和工作效率。
Nondestructive testing is an important means to ensure the quality of special equipment. Radiographic detection is widely used because of its visual display of defects and its high sensitivity to the detection of small volume defects. Longitudinal weld ray detection is relatively simple, girth weld ray detection due to the location of the ray source varies. This paper discusses the influence of different distances from ray source to workpiece in the torus weld on the heart of a girth weld to determine the procedure of ray inspection. The method and application of determining the amount of exposures in the joint of a large shell and shell boiler are also analyzed. Practice has proved that the correct choice of exposure can improve the success rate of radiation detection and work efficiency.
