我们知道,在现代社会,公司之间的竞争其实就是人才的竞争。所以,人才的重要性就日益凸显了出来。很多公司为了能够留住人才,都采取了很多的优惠政策,比如,公司想要把人力资源资本化就是公司所采取的优惠政策之一。然而在人力资源资本化的过程中,却出现了很多问题以及法律方面的障碍,使得人力资源资本化很难得到公司法的认可。基于此种情况,本文提出了几点人力资源资本化法律障碍的解决办法,希望能对公司管理人员提供一些借鉴和帮助。
We know that in modern society, the competition between companies is actually talent competition. Therefore, the importance of talent has become increasingly prominent. Many companies have adopted a lot of preferential policies in order to be able to retain their talents. For example, the company wants to capitalize human resources is one of the preferential policies the company takes. However, in the process of capitalization of human resources, there are many problems and legal obstacles, making the capitalization of human resources difficult to be recognized by the company law. Based on this situation, this article puts forward several solutions to the legal barriers to capitalization of human resources, hoping to provide some reference and help to the company’s management personnel.
