介绍了一种高性能W波段毫米波功率合成器件。通过在耦合区的窄壁上镶嵌等腰三角形金属块,从而有效降低回波损耗,此外通过90°切角弯波导将波端口引出并外接法兰盘以满足工程应用。设计时先利用奇偶模分析法确定其基本结构参数,再利用HFSS软件对其尺寸进行优化,根据优化的尺寸进行实物的制作和测试。实物测试结果表明,在90~100GHz工作频段上,两路附加总插损优于1.2dB,隔离度优于20dB,反射系数优于20dB,不平衡度小于±0.5dB。
A high performance W-band millimeter-wave power synthesis device is introduced. By inlaying the isosceles triangular metal block on the narrow wall of the coupling zone, the return loss is effectively reduced. In addition, the wave port is led out through a 90 ° beveled waveguide to externally connect the flange plate for engineering application. The first design uses the Odd-and-Odd Analysis to determine its basic structural parameters, and then use HFSS software to optimize its size, according to the optimal size of the physical production and testing. The physical test results show that the additional total insertion loss of the two channels is better than 1.2dB, the isolation is better than 20dB, the reflection coefficient is better than 20dB and the imbalance is less than ± 0.5dB in the operating frequency range of 90 ~ 100GHz.
