目的观察雄芍汤对肝纤维化大鼠转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)的影响。方法采用DMN诱导制备肝纤维化大鼠模型,正常对照组注射等剂量生理盐水,将wistar大鼠随机分为4组,正常对照组:正常喂养;模型对照组:DMN诱导成模后,自然恢复;扶正治疗组:DMN诱导成模后,灌胃扶正化瘀胶囊(0.525g·kg~(-1));雄芍治疗组:DMN诱导成模后,灌胃雄芍汤(8.050g·kg~(-1))。结果雄芍治疗组肝纤维化程度及CTGF、TGF-β1表达均显著低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论雄芍汤有促进DMN诱导肝纤维化大鼠恢复的作用,其机制可能与抑制其TGF-β1和CTGF表达有关。
Objective To observe the effect of Xiong Shao Tang on the expression of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) in rats with hepatic fibrosis. Methods The rat model of hepatic fibrosis induced by DMN was induced. The normal control group was injected with normal saline. Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group, normal feeding group, model control group: DMN induced natural recovery ; Fuzheng treatment group: After DMN induction, the rats were treated with Fuzhenghuayu Capsule (0.525g · kg -1) ~ (-1)). Results The degree of liver fibrosis and the expression of CTGF and TGF-β1 in male shad group were significantly lower than those in model group (P <0.01). Conclusion XiongShao-tao can promote the recovery of DMN-induced hepatic fibrosis in rats, and its mechanism may be related to its inhibition of TGF-β1 and CTGF expression.
