由西德Gebrüder Heller工具厂所发展的BTA深孔加工技术,近年来已被卓有成效地推广应用到各国的精密工程机械加工中,它包括有深孔(通常指(孔深/孔径)≥10的孔)、钻削、套料钻削、镗削及用浮动刀头精密镗削等一整套的加工技术。本文綜述了该技术中有关刀具方面的新成就,列举了Geb-rüder Heller工具厂对確定刀具的硬質合金刀片牌号和选擇冷却液等方面所作的试验及其结果,介紹了英国Rolls-Royce公司在生产的条件下所使用的BTA深孔刀具的结构与几何参数及其效果。希望通过本文可以对国外深孔刀具方面的水平有所了解,同时供我国有关人員在设計深孔刀具时作参考。
The BTA deep hole machining technology developed by Gebrüder Heller Tools Factory in West Germany has been effectively applied in various countries for precision machining in recent years. It includes deep hole (usually referred to as hole depth / hole diameter) ≥10 Hole), drilling, nesting drilling, boring and boring precision boring with a set of processing technology. Hope that through this article can understand the level of foreign deep-hole tool, at the same time for our country personnel in the design of deep-hole tool for reference.
