随着计算机技术的飞速发展以及有限元理论的日益完善,大型有限元分析软件Ansys已经成为土木建筑行业CAE仿真分析软件的主流。在钢筋混凝土房屋、桥梁、大坝等工程中得到了广泛的应用,通过它可以对这些结构在各种外部载荷条件作用下的受力、变形、稳定性及各种动力特性做出全面的分析。本文应用Ansys软件结合参数化设计语言APDL编程建立了大港埕海油田四号进海路距离海岸3800m处实验箱涵路段的有限元分析模型,施加车辆载荷进行了仿真模拟计算,得出了在两种车辆载荷下箱涵结构的应力分布及变形情况,为今后的箱涵结构维护及建设提供了重要的依据。
With the rapid development of computer technology and the increasingly perfect finite element theory, large-scale finite element analysis software Ansys has become the mainstream of CAE simulation analysis software in civil construction industry. In reinforced concrete houses, bridges, dams and other projects has been widely used, through which the structure can be subjected to a variety of external load conditions under the force, deformation, stability and a variety of dynamic characteristics to make a comprehensive analysis . In this paper, Ansys software and parametric design language APDL programming was used to establish a finite element analysis model of the experimental box culvert section at 3800m from the coast of Dagang Qionghai Oilfield No. 4 seafloor. The vehicle load was simulated and calculated. The stress distribution and deformation of box culvert under vehicle load provide an important basis for the future maintenance and construction of box culvert structure.
