近年来,改革开放搞活经济政策使江西水运业得到了较快发展,形成了国有、集体、个体多种经济成份、多层次、多渠道、多种经营方式并存,竞争发展的格局,水运市场日趋活跃。但是,当前水运市场较为突出的问题是水运市场运行不够规范,市场机制不够健全,水运信息不够畅通,有形交易市场尚未形成网络,港口时常出现船等货或货等船的情况;水运服务代理业无证经营、强行代办、场外交易、抬价压价、居间盘剥现象时有发生,影响了水运效益,制约了水运发展。如何解决这些问题,我们认为,加快水运有形市场建设,健全水运市场网络运行机制,及时交流“船、货”信息,规范水运市场交易行为,促进水路运输业健康发展是当务之急。

How to solve these problems, we think that it is imperative to speed up the construction of a tangible market for water transport, improve the network operation mechanism of the water transport market, exchange information on “shipping and cargo” in a timely manner, standardize the trading behavior in the water transport market and promote the healthy development of the water transport industry.
