通过对CRH2037A动车组LKJ系统故障下车插件的测试分析,找出故障的真正原因,现场测试CRH2型动车组发现车体与安装传感器的轴箱端盖之间存在较大的电位差,形成干扰源,当速度传感器绝缘性能或屏蔽性能下降,使得浪涌脉冲叠加在LKJ速度传感器信号线及电源线上,并通过速度传感器导线耦合,叠加到速度传感器及LKJ内部,在动车组在升、降弓,断主断路器瞬间,导致速度信号输出异常、模块击穿,最终导致LKJ设备损坏。通过各种方案的试验,确定解决措施。
