Objective To explore the relationship between GCS score and CT images. Methods A total of 511 patients with craniocerebral injury were scanned with 10 mm thickness and interval CT slices. According to CT images and clinical GCS criteria, the total score of CT images was 15 points. According to the scores, there were 33 cases (≤5 points) , 247 cases of medium (6-10) and 231 cases of heavy (≥11 points). GCS scores were 61 (13-15), 311 (9-12) medium, and 139 (3-10) heavy. Results There was no significant difference between the two scores. Conclusion There is a correlation between CT image score and GCS score in the grading of brain injury. With the increase of GCS score, CT image score tends to increase.
