《劳动合同法》的颁布和实施,引发了劳方资方合同关系的调整,给企业人力资源管理带来挑战。本文从新法有关规章制度制定程序等六个方面的新规定分析了新法对人力资源管理的影响,提出依法建立健全企业内部人力资源管理制度,规范管理是企业合理规避人力资源管理风险的最佳选择。
The promulgation and implementation of “Labor Contract Law” has triggered the adjustment of the contractual relationship between labor and capital employers, which has brought challenges to the human resources management of enterprises. This article analyzes the impact of the new law on human resource management from the six new regulations on the rules and regulations of the new law and puts forward that establishing and perfecting the internal human resource management system according to law and standardizing management is the best choice for enterprises to rationally avoid the risk of human resource management .
