目的 建立离子对高效液相色谱法测定特种维生素B6注射液中维生素B6含量的方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法。IntersilC18分析色谱柱 (4 .6mmID× 2 5 0mm ,粒径 5 μm) ,流动相为 80 %乙腈 -水 (14∶86 ) ,含 0 .0 0 5mol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠 ,0 .4 %三乙胺 ,磷酸调pH3) ,流速 1ml/min ,检测波长 2 90nm。结果 线性回归方程Y =0 .6 75 0 +0 .0 0 0 0 0 16 4 2X ,r =0 .9999,线性范围 2 8.2 4~ 14 1.2 μg·ml-1。平均回收率 10 1.0 % ,RSD为 1.5 % ,加样平均回收率为 99.3.0 % ,RSD为 1.7%。结论 用离子对高效液相色谱法测定特种维生素B6注射液中维生素B6含量 ,操作简便 ,结果准确。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of vitamin B6 in special vitamin B6 injection by ion-pair high performance liquid chromatography. Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography. IntersilC18 analytical column (4.6mmID × 250mm, particle size 5μm) with a mobile phase of 80% acetonitrile-water (14:86) containing 0. 0 5mol·L -1 sodium heptane sulfonate, 0 .4% triethylamine, phosphoric acid pH3), flow rate 1ml / min, detection wavelength of 2 90nm. Results The linear regression equation Y = 0.675 0 +0.0 0 0 0 1662X, r = 0.9999, linear range 2 8.24 ~ 14 1.2 μg · ml-1. The average recovery was 10 1.0% with a RSD of 1.5%. The average recovery was 99.3% with a RSD of 1.7%. Conclusion Determination of vitamin B6 in vitamin B6 injection by ion-pair high performance liquid chromatography is simple and easy to operate with accurate results.
