一、引言小学阶段的音乐教育虽然不能像语文、数学一样大面积、常态化地铺开,但对于素质教育的推进,无疑具有十分重要的作用。由于目前多数小学普遍存在“主课”与“杂课”的区别,将音乐纳入杂课行列而不予以重视,造成小学音乐课堂教学普遍质量不高。这种现状与国家推进素质教育,促进学生全面发展的理念和目标是相悖的。广大教育工作者尤其是一线音乐教师,应该而且必须切实转变对小学

INTRODUCTION Although the music education in primary school can not spread in the same large area and normal style as Chinese and math, it undoubtedly plays a very important role in promoting quality education. Due to the fact that most primary schools generally exist in the distinction between “main course” and “miscellaneous course”, the inclusion of music in miscellaneous classifications is neglected, resulting in the general low quality of primary school music classroom teaching. This situation is contrary to the concept and goal of promoting quality education and promoting the all-round development of students in our country.
