本文通过分析民营中小型企业的优劣势以及内部关系营销的重要性,结合企业自身特点,提出了企业实施内部关系营销可采取的战略,以促进企业的稳定和谐发展。
By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of private small and medium-sized enterprises and the importance of internal relationship marketing, this paper puts forward the strategies that enterprises can adopt to implement internal relationship marketing in order to promote the stable and harmonious development of enterprises.
