利用大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型,观察了缺血后不同时点脑组织含水量对脑梗塞体积测量结果的影响。结果表明:直接测量法和间接测量测得的脑梗塞体积在缺血早期(3天内)相差显著,缺血晚期(7天)二者相差不显著。缺血后再灌注24小时脑水肿达到高峰。提示缺血早期由于组织明显水肿,直接测量法测定的梗塞体积存在实验误差。
Using the model of focal cerebral ischemia in rats, we observed the effect of water content of brain tissue at different time points after ischemia on cerebral infarction volume measurement. The results showed that the volume of cerebral infarction measured by direct measurement and indirect measurement were significantly different in the early stage of ischemia (within 3 days), but not in the later stage of ischemia (7 days). Cerebral edema peaked 24 hours after ischemia and reperfusion. Prompt early ischemia due to significant tissue edema, the direct measurement of infarct volume measurement error.
