目前,我国正处于全面建成小康社会的经济转型关键期,随着市场经济体制的日臻成熟和完善,多年长久累加的矛盾便随着国有企业改革的深入进展而出现,并对国企劳动关系的趋势和状态产生了直接地影响,直接造成国有企业劳动关系的问题愈演愈烈。作为国民经济成长的命脉,国有企业的生存和发展异常重要,正确地处理和对待企业劳动关系,对于营造和谐平等的劳资氛围,保障国企持续平稳发展和社会的和谐安宁至关重要。本文首先简要分析国企劳动关系存在的问题,接着就解决劳动关系问题,改善劳动关系提出若干可行性策略。
