目的 :探讨血管细胞粘附分子 (VCAM- 1)在白血病细胞骨髓释出中的作用。方法 :借助流式细胞仪检测血管细胞粘附分子在白血病细胞上的表达并观察白血病时 ,外周血白细胞计数与骨髓细胞 VCAM- 1表达水平的关系。结果 :在急性高白细胞性白血病及慢性粒细胞性白血病 ,其骨髓及外周白细胞的 VCAM- 1表达水平明显升高 ,且外周血白细胞计数与骨髓 VCAM- 1阳性细胞率正相关。结论 :白血病细胞 VCAM- 1表达水平升高可能影响其骨髓释出 ,但并不是唯一因素。
Objective: To investigate the role of vascular cell adhesion molecule (VCAM-1) in the bone marrow release of leukemia cells. Methods: The expression of vascular cell adhesion molecules on leukemia cells was detected by flow cytometry, and the relationship between peripheral blood leukocyte counts and the expression of VCAM-1 in bone marrow cells was observed when leukemia was observed. RESULTS: In acute leukemia and chronic myeloid leukemia, the expression of VCAM-1 in bone marrow and peripheral leukocytes increased significantly, and the peripheral white blood cell count was positively correlated with the VCAM-1 positive rate in bone marrow. Conclusion: Increased expression of VCAM-1 in leukemic cells may affect bone marrow release, but it is not the only factor.
