近岸海域的富营养化是被广泛关注的重要海洋生态环境问题,其中N和P是富营养化过程主要的2种营养盐。本实验旨在探讨N和P对缘管浒苔的生长、光合作用以及可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明:添加N和P都显著增加藻体的光合作用速率、可溶性蛋白含量,最终显著提高藻体的相对生长率。缘管浒苔对N和P的利用可以在一定范围内相互弥补。这表明缘管浒苔可以更为有效的在富营养化海区生长,从而成为大规模“绿潮”发生的潜在种类。
The eutrophication in coastal waters is an important marine ecological environment which is widely concerned. Among them, N and P are the two main nutrients in eutrophication. The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of N and P on the growth, photosynthesis and soluble protein content of Enteromorpha prolifera. The results showed that adding both N and P significantly increased photosynthesis rate and soluble protein content of the alga, and finally significantly increased the relative growth rate of the alga. Edge tube Enteromorpha use of N and P can compensate each other within a certain range. This indicates that the edge of the Enteromorpha can more effectively grow in the eutrophic sea areas, and thus become a large-scale “green tide” occurred potential species.
