以２ － 氨基噻唑为原料，用成盐－ 硝化一步法制备了２ － 氨基－ ５ － 硝基噻唑，并采用正交实验确定了较佳的合成工艺条件．产品收率达８０ ％ 以上．
Using 2 - aminothiazole as raw material, 2 - amino - 5 - nitrothiazole was prepared by one step of salt - nitration. The optimum synthesis conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment. Product yield of more than 80%.
