In order to investigate the effect of influent condition heterogeneity on diversity of the bacterialcommunity,the degree of microbial resolution and effluent quality,biological treatment of micro-pollutedsource water is proposed.Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM)analysis reflects that influent conditions changethe morphologies of biofilm.Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis(DGGE)analysis shows differences of Hvalues is due to succession of functional bacterial communities.Microbial resolution values and speciesidentifications reveal organic carbon is the main cause of community differentiation and bacterial migration.
