文章通过对黔南布依族苗族自治州民族地区中学学校体育课程教学及阳光体育活动现状的调查与研究,根据其存在的问题分析在民族地区中学利用民族传统武术“蚩尤拳”资源实施学校体育教学的价值,并通过教学实践论证其可行性与效果,进而深入研究学校体育教学改革的途径与对策,为民族地区中学学校体育教学提供具有实用性价值的理论依据,构建以民族传统体育文化作为体育课程教学资源的教学体系,对进一步深化贵州民族地区中学体育课程教学改革具有重要的指导作用与实用意义。
