随着时代的不断发展与进步,企业人力资源管理在企业中所占比例也越来越重。人力资源是企业战略资源的重要组成部分,是企业赖以生存和发展的基础。现阶段诸多企业缺乏一些积极有效的激励机制,而导致企业的人才呈现显著流失现象,企业也因此失去了市场的核心竞争力。显而易见,激励机制在企业人力资源管理中是一项非常重要的手段。积极且有效地采取激励机制不仅能够挖掘企业员工的潜能,而且可以充分发挥出其内在潜力,从而促进企业的长远发展。本文将阐述企业人力资源管理的激励机制内涵,再分析企业在推行激励机制过程中所遇到的问题,从而提出针对性地解决措施,期望能够为企业的人才培养提供相关的数据参考。
With the continuous development and progress of the times, the proportion of enterprise human resources management in the enterprise is also getting heavier and heavier.
