自20世纪90年代以来,《儿童权利公约》所确立的“儿童利益至上”原则成为考虑儿童生存与发展等相关事务的首要原则。而教育作为促使儿童健康发展,帮助他们掌握参与社会生活的必备知识、技能、态度、价值观的必要手段,是一种儿童理所应该享有的基本人权。本文通过回顾过去十五年我国儿童受教育权研究的成果,分析这一领域所取得的共识与存在的问题,以展望未来的研究前景。一、我国儿童受教育权研究的概貌
Since the 1990s, the “principle of the supremacy of children” established by the “Convention on the Rights of the Child” has become the primary principle in considering issues related to children’s survival and development. Education, as a necessary means to promote the healthy development of children and help them master the necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes and values involved in social life, is a basic human right deserved by children. By reviewing the achievements of the research on children’s right to education in the past fifteen years in our country, this article analyzes the consensus and existing problems in this field and looks forward to the future research prospects.
