本文报道我院在三年内收治妊娠期急性阑尾炎患者60例,占同期急性阑尾炎患者10％,其中以妊娠第一期为最多,经手术治疗的50例中,阑尾穿孔并发腹膜炎5例,均为妊娠早期。本组孕妇无死亡,发生一例流产为阑尾穿孔腹膜炎病例。根据本组资料及参考文献,对妊娠期急性阑尾炎的治疗原则、麻醉、切口、引流等问题加以讨论;早期诊断、早期治疗是减少流产与早产的关键。
