为了查明钢板含铜对镀锌的影响,我所曾两次选择含铜和不含铜的钢板进行镀锌对比试验。镀锌后两种钢板表面均出现鼓包,这种表面缺陷状如突起的小丘,散布于各处,大多沿轧向成串排列,边部较多(图1)。鼓包的存在严重影响了镀锌板的表面质量,用扫描电镜和电子探针对镀锌板鼓包和镀锌原板进行了观察和分析,发现鼓包系原板表面质量不良所致。
In order to find out the influence of the copper content on the galvanization, I have twice selected the copper-containing and non-copper content galvanized contrast test. After the galvanized steel drum surface appears on both the surface, such as protruding surface defects such as the hills, scattered throughout, mostly rolled into a series of strings, the edge more (Figure 1). The existence of the blister has a serious impact on the surface quality of the galvanized sheet. The galvanized sheet drum and the galvanized original sheet were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and electron probe. The result showed that the surface quality of the original bulge was bad.
