运载火箭在起飞和上升飞行阶段会承受高频载荷,诱发的环境也许会损坏有效载荷和设备。在阿里安运载火箭设计的初期,需要确定一种分析法,以真实预示运载火箭的声振飞行环境。从这一需要出发,航宇公司(Aerospatiale)已根据统计能量分析(SEA)研制出软件,它可提供结构和设备对扩散声场、前进声波和气动噪声的响应。本文介绍了这种软件在阿里安4火箭上面部分(仪器舱、双星发射支架、整流罩)及1、2子级级间段声振响应分析中的应用。
Launch vehicles are exposed to high-frequency loads during take-off and ascent periods, and the induced environment may damage payloads and equipment. Early in the design of the Arian launch vehicle, an analytical method needs to be established to truly predict the launch vehicle’s vocal-flight environment. From this need, Aerospatiale has developed software based on statistical energy analysis (SEA) that provides structure and equipment response to diffuse sound fields, forward sound waves and aerodynamic noise. This paper introduces the application of the software in the upper part of the Arian 4 rocket (instrument cabin, double star launching bracket and fairing) and the analysis of the acoustic response of the first and second subclass stages.
