教师需常怀探究之心、发现之心,探究性学习应该成为教师专业发展的核心路径.本文基于高中数学教师专业发展的视角,从指导理论、概念界定、反思与对策等方面对探究性学习进行了文献研究,期望依托探究性学习方式在教师专业生活层面的深入落实促进教师专业发展,同时就此也给探究性学习提供一个新的研究视角.
Teachers should always have the heart of inquiry, the heart of discovery, the inquiry-based learning should become the core path of teachers’ professional development.Based on the professional development of high school mathematics teachers, this essay probes into inquiry learning from the aspects of guiding theory, concept definition, reflection and countermeasures It is expected that relying on exploratory learning mode will promote the professional development of teachers in the aspect of teachers’ professional life, and at the same time it will also provide a new perspective for exploratory learning.
