2003年10月29日,中国企业联合会、中国企业家协会在中国石油天然气管道局廊坊国际饭店召开了“中国企业新纪录(第八批)新闻发布会”,发布了281家企业申报的484项《中国企业新纪录》,其中包括中国石油企协团体会员单位创造的石油、石化行业申报的46项新纪录和24项历史纪录,共计70项,占第八批发布总数的14.46％。
On October 29, 2003, the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Entrepreneurs Association held a press conference on the new record of Chinese enterprises (Eighth Batch) at the Langfang International Hotel of China National Petroleum Pipeline Administration, and issued 484 declarations of 281 enterprises “New Record for Chinese Enterprises,” including 46 new records and 24 historical records declared by the petroleum and petrochemical industry created by the member units of China Petroleum Enterprises Association, for a total of 70 items, accounting for 14.46% of the total number of the eighth batch of publications.
