随着发动机油档次的提高 ,发动机油磷含量越来越低。磷的测定对发动机油和含磷添加剂的质量控制有着重要意义。目前 ,磷含量的测定使用的是SH/T 0 2 96-92 [1] 比色法。实践表明 ,原方法工作曲线的绘制较繁琐 ,试剂用量大 ,试剂 (浓硝酸 )的刺激性大 ,稀释不方便。改进法在比色法的基础上对以上几个方面进行了改进试验 ,将两种方法的测定结果进行比较 ,取得了较好的效果。改进法RSD % <1 .89% ,与原方法相比相对误差 <± 1 .1 5 % ,回收率 97.0 %~ 1 0 0 .2 %。
With the improvement of engine oil grade, the phosphorus content of engine oil is getting lower and lower. The determination of phosphorus is of great importance to the quality control of engine oil and phosphorus-containing additives. At present, the determination of phosphorus content using the SH / T 0 2 96-92 [1] colorimetric method. Practice shows that the original method of working curve is more cumbersome to draw, large amount of reagents, reagents (concentrated nitric acid) irritation, diluted inconvenient. Improvement method Based on the colorimetric method, we improved the above aspects and compared the results of the two methods with good results.
