采用高氯酸双氯 (5 ,7,7,12 ,14,14 六甲基 1,4,8,11 四氮杂环十四烷 )钴 (Ⅲ ) ,模拟维生素B12 的性质 ,用光谱的方法研究了它与五种氨基酸轴向配位取代反应的热力学性质 ,探讨了氨基酸类物质的空间位阻对轴向配位取代反应的影响 ,对实验数据进行了拟合处理 ,得到了轴配取代反应的热力学平衡常数 ,并利用温度系数法测定了反应体系的热力学函数ΔrH0 m 和ΔrS0 m.在实验的基础上首次提出了维生素B12 可能具有转运小分子氨基酸到肝脏 ,供其合成肝内蛋白的功能 ,如果这一过程受阻 ,将会使肝脏的功能难以正常发挥
