本文在介绍企业文化概念的基础上,结合软件企业所具有的团队合作和知识密集的特性,阐述了软件企业文化与一般企业文化的关键差异所在,并强调了构建良好企业文化的必要性。在理论分析的背景下,以金蝶集团和东软集团这两家中国优秀的软件企业为案例进行了分析,指出团队合作精神、知识共享精神和创新精神是这两家优秀软件企业文化的共性。在案例分析的基础上,得出了构建团队合作型、知识共享型和创新型企业文化是中国软件企业文化成功的关键的结论,并给出了一个构建此文化的现实可行的过程模型。本文对于中国软件企业构建企业文化具有良好的理论意义和实践参考价值。
Based on the introduction of the concept of corporate culture, this paper elaborates the key differences between software corporate culture and corporate culture based on the characteristics of teamwork and knowledge-intensive software companies, and emphasizes the necessity of building a good corporate culture. Under the background of theoretical analysis, this paper analyzes two excellent Chinese software companies, Kingdee Group and Neusoft Group, and points out that the teamwork spirit, the spirit of knowledge sharing and the spirit of innovation are the common features of the two excellent software companies. Based on the case studies, it is concluded that the key to the success of Chinese software enterprises is to build teamwork, knowledge sharing and innovative corporate culture, and a realistic and feasible process model for constructing this culture is given. This article has a good theoretical significance and practical reference value for China’s software enterprises to build corporate culture.
