目的:通过β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP)陶瓷兔颅骨骨膜下的埋植实验,观察在未造成新鲜骨创面的情况下,β-TCP陶瓷在皮质骨表面的引导成骨作用,并探讨其用于萎缩牙槽嵴重建的可行性。方法:使用显微镜用测微尺测量新骨从骨表面长入材料内的高度,并和羟基磷灰石(HA)陶瓷对比。结果:经过两组对照观察,实验组和对照组在各时间点组新骨生长高度相差显著,实验组优于对照组。结论:β-TCP陶瓷在皮质骨表面引导成骨能力优于羟基磷灰石(HA)陶瓷
OBJECTIVE: To observe the osteogenesis of β-TCP ceramics on the surface of cortical bone without burial of fresh bone by implanting subperiosteal membrane of β-TCP in rabbit skull. It is used to reduce the feasibility of alveolar ridge reconstruction. Methods: New microstomes were used to measure the height of new bone from the bone surface into the material using a micrometer and compared to hydroxyapatite (HA) ceramic. Results: After two groups of control observation, experimental group and control group at each time point significantly different new bone growth, the experimental group is better than the control group. CONCLUSIONS: The β-TCP ceramics are superior to hydroxyapatite (HA) ceramics in inducing osteogenesis on cortical bone
