纤维素是由许多葡萄糖分子结合而成的多糖,是植物细胞壁的主要成份。松花粉中的纤维素,是松树花粉粒内、外壁的主要成分,常同木质素、半纤维素、树脂等伴生在一起,含量高达29%,特别是木质素含量很高,这对人体消化功能具有重要意义。长期以来,营养学家将纤维素看成是几乎没有营养价值的食物成份,近二十近来医学家和营养学家经过深入研究确认了膳食纤维的营养作用,并将其列为第七大营养元素。近年来,联合国粮农组织(FAO)、美国、加拿大、日本、中国等均在权威论著中指出膳食纤维是平衡膳食结构的必需营养素之一。我国人民的传统膳食结构是以植物性食物为主,因此膳食纤维的含量要较西方膳食丰富得多,但随着人民生活水平的逐步提高,我国人民膳食结构也在发生变化,原来以植物性食物为主的膳食中增加了动物性食品,精制食品也越来越多,膳食逐渐西化,这种变化使得糖尿病、动脉硬化、胆石症、便秘、大肠癌、龋齿和牙周炎发病率逐年上升。松花粉中丰富的膳食纤维对人体具有以下几方面的功效: 一、可防止结肠癌。结肠癌是由于某些刺激物或毒物停留在结肠内的时间过长而引起的。食物中纤维素过少,有害物质在肠道内停留过长,就会对肠壁发生毒害作用,时间长了就会诱导结肠癌的发生。若食物中膳食纤维含量较高,进入大肠内的纤维能被大肠内细胞有选择地分解发酵,从而促进了好气菌的大量繁殖,同时刺激了肠道粘膜,加快了粪便的排泄,使肠道功能正常化。二、可预防冠心病。膳食纤维对预防和改善冠状动脉硬化造成的心脏病有重要作用,这是由于在脂肪代谢过程中,纤维素可通过某种作用起到抑制或延缓胆固醇与甘油三脂在淋巴中的吸收,在通常的膳食条件下,造当增加膳食纤维的摄入量,同时减少脂肪的摄入,可减少机体对胆固醇的 Cellulose is a polysaccharide composed of many glucose molecules and is the main component of plant cell wall.
