文章介绍了应用克希霍夫(G.Kirchoff)方程组计算旋转钻柱上同时作用着集中力、自重、扭矩、离心力、摩擦阻力以及井壁反力时的空间变螺距曲线的参数问题。文章指出,钻柱弯曲后并不是标准空间螺旋线,事先假定弯曲变形为空间螺旋线的作法,不完全符合钻柱在井内的工作实况。文章认为,二维理论的大部分结论仍可近似地作为当前指导钻柱强度设计以及钟摆防斜钻具、满眼刚性钻具的计算依据。
In this paper, we introduce the parameter problem of using the G. Kirchoff equation to calculate the space-varying pitch curve of a rotating drill string while applying concentrated force, self-weight, torque, centrifugal force, frictional resistance and wellbore reaction force. The article points out that the bending of the drill string is not a standard space helix. It is preconceived that the bending deformation is the helical space of the space, which is not completely consistent with the actual working condition of the drill string in the well. The article believes that most of the conclusions of the two-dimensional theory can still be approximated as the current guidance of the strength of the drill string design and pendulum anti-skew drilling tools, eyes full of rigid boring tool calculation basis.
