我国地方钢铁工业的小高炉,正以精料及高风温为中心进行技术改造。为使用各种形式的蓄热式热风炉,必须供给经济、高质量而稳定的净煤气。目前普遍使用的湿式洗涤塔文氏管净化系统能量损耗和用水量大,煤气质量受高炉冶炼条件(如冶炼强度等)及风机能力的影响,排出的大量废水易污染环境,无法在缺水地区应用。根据地方小高炉建设条件及生产特点,1974年以来,配合球式热风炉,采用滤袋除尘器进行了煤气干式除尘的工业性试验。两年多的生产实践表明,这种净化系统的生产效果显著,具有以下特点: 1.除尘效率高,净煤气含尘量低于10毫克/标准米~3(表1),最低者仅0.68毫克/标准米~3。热风炉生产八个月后,球床几乎无煤气灰造成的渣化现象。 2.煤气质量稳定,不受煤气量及煤气压力等条件变化的影响,使热风炉工作稳
