到目前为止,从钼精矿制备金属钼的方法,还是把钼精矿放在空气中焙烧,转化为三氧化钼,通过升华,进一步纯化。有时,还使氧化钼转化为钼酸铵,以达到进一步纯化的目的。最后一道工序,是使纯的氧化钼通过多级氢还原过程,还原多金属钼。显然,上述工艺,既浪费金钱,又耗费时间。Amax公司发明的二硫化钼热离介工艺,大大地简化了金属钼的生产流程。它使钼精矿直接热离介为比较纯的金属钼,并能回收硫和其它正常出现的污染元素。Climax公司开采出来的钼矿石中,二硫化钼含量一般为0.3—0.6%。通过油浮选萃取后,成为二硫化钼含量达80%以上的钼精矿,粒度为10到250微米,按比例把2%

Sometimes molybdenum oxide is also converted to ammonium molybdate for further purification purposes. The last process is to make pure molybdenum oxide through multi-stage hydrogen reduction process, reduction of molybdenum metal. Obviously, the above process is not only a waste of money but also a waste of time. Amax invented the thermal dissociation of molybdenum disulfide process, which greatly simplifies the production process of molybdenum metal. It allows direct thermal dissociation of molybdenum concentrates to purer molybdenum and can recover sulfur and other normally occurring contaminating elements. In the molybdenum ore mined by Climax, the content of molybdenum disulfide is usually 0.3-0.6%. After the oil flotation extraction molybdenum disulfide molybdenum content of 80% or more, the particle size of 10 to 250 microns, according to the proportion of 2%
