作者采用电刺激猫喉上神经向中端引咳法及猫去脑定位法观察了4—苯基丁酮—2(4—PB)的止咳作用机制。结果表明,4—PB160mg/kg 有明显止咳作用,和腹腔注射磷酸可待因30mg/kg 作用相似,提示它的止咳作用部位在中枢,和可待因同属于中枢性止咳药。肌注4—PB120mg/kg 对电刺激去大脑、间脑及中脑猫的喉上神经向中端所致咳嗽仍有明显抑制作用,说明其作用部位不在大脑、间脑和中脑,而在延脑。实验还证明它有祛痰、松弛气管平滑肌和局麻作用,这些作用在其止咳效应中也发挥了一定作用。
The authors observed the cough-releasing mechanism of 4-phenylbutanone-2-(4-PB) by electrostimulating cats with superior laryngeal nerves to mid-cough coughing method and cat brain orientation method. The results showed that 4-PB 160 mg/kg had significant antitussive effect, which was similar to the effect of 30 mg/kg codeine given by intraperitoneal injection of codeine phosphate, suggesting that its antitussive effect was located in the center and codeine was a central antitussive. Intramuscular injection 4—PB 120mg/kg has obvious inhibitory effect on the cough caused by the upper laryngeal nerve of the brain, diencephalon and midbrain cats to the middle end by electrical stimulation, indicating that its role is not in the brain, diencephalon and midbrain, but in Stretch the brain. The experiment also proved that it has phlegm, relaxation tracheal smooth muscle and local anesthetic effect, these effects also play a role in its cough suppressing effect.
